PURPOSE:To obtain the f-V converter quick in the response over a wide frequency range and less in output voltage pulsation, by making proportional the terminal voltage to the reciprocal of time, through the discharge of capacitor precharged with the current proportional to the 2nd power of the terminal voltage. CONSTITUTION:The capacitor C is charged in advance with the charging circuit, not shown, and the charge of the capacitor C charged is discharged with the current (i) proportional to the 2nd power of the voltage Vr. The multiplication of this 2nd power is operated at the multiplier 51 and the voltage Vr is taken as the value proportional to the reciprocal of time. The reciprocal generator of this constitution is used as the reciprocal wave generator 22 of f-V converter, and the reset signal S every one period of the input signal Vf produced from the control circuit 21 is fed to produce the reciprocal wave voltage Vr in synchronizing with the signal Vf from the generator 22. Further, Vf is sampled at the end of every period at the sampling hold circuit 23, allowing to quicken the response over wide frequency range and to produce the voltage less in pulsation. |
