PURPOSE:To enable to perform the reproduction for shared sound region by each diaphragm plate with sufficient efficiency, by using new material mixing highpolymer material and graphite powder to the skin member of flat diaphragm plate and by suitably processing them according to the shared sound region. CONSTITUTION:Diaphragm plates 2-5 for woofer, squaker, tweeter and ultra- tweeter, are located coaxially to the center direction on the same plane. For the diaphragm plates 2-5, materials mixed with highpolymer material and graphite powder are used. Copolymer such as polyvinylchloride with vinyl acetate is used for the highpolymer and graphite powder is flaky type. To obtain the diaphragm plates, the said highpolymer and graphite powder are mixed with a given weight ratio, and if required, plastic and stabilizing agent are used, heating and mixing are made and rolling is performed to obtain the sheet member in which the graphite powder is oriented toward the rolling direction. Required number of sheets are laminated to obtain required thickness of sheet material to obtain plate members. By using the plate like this, the core and skin members are separately formed in honey- comb shape, the skin member is sticked at both the front and rear sides of the core member to form the flat diaphragm plate. |
