PURPOSE:To obtain a solid lubricating agent which is moldable, has excellent lubricating property, and is hardly soluble in lubricating oil and grease, by adding atomized lead powder, tetrafluoroethylene resin powder, and fluorine-containing surfactant to a wax. CONSTITUTION:75-90wt% granular atomized lead powder (A) of a grain size to pass an approx. 200 mesh screen, 7-19wt% tetrafluoroethylene resin powder (B) of a grain size of several to ten-odd microns, and 0.1-0.8wt% (based on wax) fluorine-containing surfactant (C) are mixed with 3-6wt% wax, e.g., a hydrocarbon wax, a higher fatty acid (or its derivative), oxidized wax, etc., and then the mixture is further agitated at a temperature above the melting point of the wax and cooled to obtain a powdery granular solid lubricating agent composition. |
