PURPOSE:To improve the output of an diesel engine by supplying water into a cylinder through a screw clearance of an ignition plug at the explosion stroke of the engine. CONSTITUTION:An ignition plug 4 threaded into a cylinder cover 5 is provided with an annular through hole 6b and a communicating hole 6a. Water in a water supply tank 1 is introduced into the communicating hole 6a through a water supply pipe 3 having an on-off valve 9 to be supplied from the through hole 6b through a clearance 5a of the thread into a cylinder 8. The valve 9 is interlocked with the explosion stroke of an engine so as to be opened. |
