PURPOSE:To make possible multiple press working with good efficiency with a compact device by forming plural stations in a torus shape between the top surface of a head and the under surface of a slide, and transferring the article to be worked successively to the next stations to have the article worked. CONSTITUTION:During ascending of the slide, the work blank material is carried into a station (St) A by a blank material carrying-in device 79, and the finished product is carried out from St H by a product carrying-out device 80. Pressing work is carried out in Sts B-G by the descending of the slide 3. During the next ascending of the slide, the works in the respective Sts are held by clamping devices 50, after which they are lifted, and are conveyed to the respective next Sts by the forward rotation at a fixed angle theta of feed bars 49, thence they are lowered, and the bars 49 reset by the angle theta, whereby they are returned to the original positions of the devices 50. Thence, the works are pressed by pressing dies in the respective Sts B-G by the descending of the slide. |
