PURPOSE:To efficiently remove scale and rust from a pipe, by grinding the internal surface of the pipe with the first and the second cutters protruding outwards centrifugal forces caused by the rotation of an output shaft driven by hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION:Vanes 14 are revolved, a rotor 12 is rotated counterclockwise and a disc 18 is turned, driven by the supply 36, 26 of hydraulic fluid. A cutter 19 is protruded outwards on account of a centrifugal force to grind scale or the like inside a pipe P, and a grinder proceeds leftward in the pipe P. The second cutter 23 is protruded outwards on account of a centrifugal force due to a reaction force caused by the rotation of the cutter 19 and grinds the inside of the pipe P. When the cutter 19 has cut into an adhered substance, the cutter 23 is moved back rightward until the cutter 19 goes off the adhered substance and resumes proceeding leftward when the cutter 19 is rotated again. |
