PURPOSE:To enable execution time to be consierably reduced while receiving all of controlling of an auxiliary processing unit by loading a test program from a magnetic tape device on host side to a host side memory device. CONSTITUTION:A magetic tape mode is commanded from the command input part 23 of an auxiliary processing unit 2 to an auxiliary processing unit SVP control part 21. Next, the magnetic tape readout program in an auxiliary memory device 22 commands the readout start of the test program from a magnetic tape device 11 for the magnetic tape readout program in the memory device 12 of a host side processing unut 1. Here, when the test program from the device 11 is read-out to the device 12, the unit 1 announces the end of readout to the unit 2 by a diagonosis instruction; thereafter, the control part 21 executes the test program in the device 12. Thereby, the test program is loaded from the device 11 on the host side to the device 12, whereby the execution time is redcued considerably while receiving all of the controlling of the unit SVP. |
