The stem is fitted to a bell-shaped body comprising teeth with spiral-shaped surfaces (8) carrying circumferential cutters (2) and rhomboid-shaped face cutters (3). A ring (12) is provided with a pressure air connection (34), leading to a second ring (14) inside an outer sleeve (15) and terminates in an annular groove on the body, creating a pressure air distribution chamber (17). Radial bores from the distribution chamber connect to axial channels (18), which terminate at the cutter blades to remove swarf.
