CONSTITUTION:A city-by-city up-down counter 26 is operated by a switch SW1 or SW2 and a prescribed time difference is set. This time difference and the content of a time counter 14 are added 31 and are inputted to a world time register 32 to perform time display 38. If at this time the switch SW1 is kept depressed for more than 4 seconds, a signal is outputted from a 4-second counter 30, and the content of the counter 26 is read into a latch circuit 28. To directly call this preset city, the switch SW4 is kept depressed for more than 4 seconds, and the content of the latch circuit 28 is preset to the counter 26 by the signal of the 4-second counter 29 by means of the preset circuit 27. |
