PURPOSE:To enable constant cleaning effect to be obtained by contacting the front part of an elastic blade which is buried in a supporting member and is projected at the end part by the predetermined pressure onto a photoensitive drum surface. CONSTITUTION:A supporting member 11 is buried in parallel with the front edge part 10a of an elastic blade 10 at the inside of the upper end of the elastic blade 10, and both ends thereof are projected from both sides of the elastic blade 10. The projected part is pivotally supported to the bearing 12 mounted to a predetermined position and an arm 13 projectively provided to the supporting member 11 is pulled by a spring 14 to turn the member 11 and curve the blade 10, the front edge part 10a whereof is held contacted with the surface of a photosensitive drum 15 under predetermined pressure. Synthetic resins and the like are used for the material of the blade 10 and glass fibers and the like for the reinforcing material. |
