PURPOSE:To enable judgement of the state of input and output signals at first sight by providing an indicator within a dual-in-line package. CONSTITUTION:LEDs2-5 are incoporated in the package 1 of the inverter of the digital IC. When a LOW signal enters an input terminal 6, LED 2 is lighted to indicate that a HIGH signal is outputted from an output terminal 10. In this way, the state of the output signal can be judged at first sight, analysis of signals or check- up of substrate patterns is enabled, and the damage of IC is prevented. |
