A thermo plastic cover for a vase with a flat recessed circular top and a raised flat surface surrounding the periphery with a sloped edge formed circumferencially and an edge continuing at 90 DEG to the flat top. A circular series of sloped flanges on the underside surface interface with the lip of a floral vase forming a cover that snaps into place providing a lid to convert the vase to an attractive display stand or stool.
