PURPOSE:To make it easy to set and change call destinations by DSS (system for calling specific extension directly) by making it possible to switch and use each extension key of each telephone set for a normal extension key and calling key according to the set memory contents of a memory means provided to every extension key. CONSTITUTION:When the extension key that corresponds to a free extension in key unit 1 of a key telephone set is pushed, information on this extension key is sent to control circuit 4 by key information input circuit 2. Control circuit 4 reads DSS information, corresponding to this extension key, out of subscriber's data memory device 3 to judge whether the extension key is preset as the DSS key. When it is set as the DSS key, the key telephone set is placed in the calling state corresponding to the DSS call destination and when it is set as a normal extension key, a dial tone is sent to the key telephone set on which the extension key is pushed. |
