PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of oscillation, by connecting a low-region passing filter to between a comparator's output terminal and a load. CONSTITUTION:An output of a high-gain high-band amplifier 2 is connected to a nonreversible input terminal 7 of a high-speed comparator, a threshold voltage source is connected to a reversible input terminal 4, and a minute signal to determine level is put into an input terminal 3 of the amplifier 2. By connecting a low- region passing filter 5, which consists of a resistance R and a capacitor C, to between an output terminal 8 of the comparator 1 and a load or between the output terminal 8 and a transmission line passage to other unit, the comparator 1 can be prevented from becoming unstable. |
