PURPOSE:To increase the conversion efficiency of system, by multiplexing a video signal from an infrared ray detector with a multiplexer and supplying it to a TV receiver. CONSTITUTION:An optical system scanner 11 sequentially feeds the infrared ray image of the object T to be inspected to a detector 14. The video signal from the detector 14 is multiplexed at a multiplexer 16 and stored in memories 19-1, 19-2 via an A/D converter 18. The memories 19-1 and 19-2 are alternately read out and fed to a TV receiver TV. Thus, without using the conversion means such as light emitting elements and TV cameras, since the conversion can be made only with electric signals, the conversion efficiency is increased. |
