PURPOSE:To reduce a partial fluctuation of a recording picture density by a constitution wherein in a heat sensitive recording system utilizing a temperature increase of a heating resistors a number of heating resistors supplied with a current simultaneously is detected and in accordance with the detected value, an electric power to be supplied is controlled. CONSTITUTION:In a heat sensitive recording system wherein a current conduction is performed in accordance with a respective picture signal of a heating resistor part performing an exothermic recording by a picture element unit and a color forming recording is performed on a recording paper by utilizing a temperature increase of a heating resistor, a number of heating dots in a group of a heating resistor part made regularly into groups is detected by counting picture signals which indicate a record through steps transmitted serially. Based on the detected value, control is perfomed to supply a constant electric power to each resistor part. This control is performed by controlling a conduction time to be long when a number of heating resistor parts is many or by controlling the voltage of the power source. |
