PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of accidental erroneous discharge by relaxing the wall charge in both ends of a shift channel. CONSTITUTION:A crash 11 is formed from the write electrode W1 of an input end section of a shift channel and the end A of the terminal shift electrode y2n of a terminal section in the dielectric layer which corresponds to the bidirectional electrode. The accumulated wall charge which is maldistributed on the dielectric layer is discharged through this crack 11 and the accidental erroneous discharge by abnormal accumulated wall charge is prevented.
