PURPOSE:To prevent generation of an unnecessary waveguide mode in the working frequency band, by inserting a metallic plate curved along the ferrimagentic substance between the upper and lower ground conductors at the position where it does not allow to contact with the cente conductor. CONSTITUTION:The ground conductors 3a, 3b are provided to the center conductor 1 and its upper and lower sides in the housing 5, and also the ferrimagnetic substances 2a, 2b are provided to the junction part of the center conductor 1, by which the strip line circulator is formed. The elastic metallic plates 7a-7c curved along the circumference of the magnetic substances 2a, 2b are inserted into the place which does not allow to contact with the center conductor 1, and the ground conductors 3a, 3b are connected conductively. In this way, said constitution becomes equivalent to the fact that the dimension of a cavity resonator formed by the ground conductors 3a, 3b has been made smaller, and the unnessary waveguide mode is moved to the outside of the working frequency band of the circulator. |
