The invention relates to a cut-off valve 1 for a suction line, which will enable formation of connection between a source of pressure and a consumer, e.g. a hydraulic pump 2. The invention shall enable not only disconnection of the consumer 2 in a simple and reliable way, that is, without risk of leakage of pressure, but liquid such as oil shall even be able to flow in a certain amount through the valve above the valve body 7 when it is in a position closing the outlet 16 of the valve 1. According to the invention, this has been achieved in that a solenoid valve 13 controls a flow of pressurised air to the housing 1 of the valve for acting on the valve body 7 cutting off said connection, said valve body being mounted on the valve piston 5 whereby the valve 1 has a flow way above said valve body for allowing throughput of a certain amount of fluid when said valve body 7 is in its cutting-off position. <IMAGE> |
