PRODUCTION OF TRANSFORMER COIL

PURPOSE:To produce a transformer coil efficiently with a simple work by injection of a resin in combination of a die releasing and elastic molding jig and a gutter- shaped fixed frame. CONSTITUTION:A coil 12 is wound on a coil bobbin between inner flanges 9 and 10 which are provided inside roughly U-shaped outer flanges 7 and 8 in fixed dimensions smaller than those of the outer flanges 7 and 8. Then, the coil bobbin is passed fit into a die releasing and elastic molding jig 13 with a roughly U-shaped cross-section made of a silicone rubber or the like in such a manner that the outer flanges 7 and 8 alone are eaten thereinto pressing against it. Then, the jig 13 is housed into a gutter-shaped fixed frame 14 with a U-shaped cross-section and a coil holding jig 15 is fitted into the central hole of the coil bobbin to fix it. Subsequently, an epoxy resin and the like are injected into the jig 13 with an injecting device 16 and the resin 17 is fixed by heat after the completion of the injection whereby a transformer coil is produced. This enables production of a transformer coil easily and efficiently.
