PURPOSE:To perform the picture edition excellent in the high reliability, by storing the information required for the edition of picture information of original to the edition information input paper or original at the memory section such as scanning type facsimile and reading in and scanning it. CONSTITUTION:To a facsimile terminal 1, an original 2 performing edit processing, input paper of edit information 3 recording the edit instruction information, edit instruction from the user, and the facsimile signal 7 fed from other facsimile terminals are input. Further, the edit instruction information is read in by scanning the input paper 3 at the scanning section 13 of the terminal 1 and stored at the memory section 14. Then, the video information is read in, by scanning the original 2 at the scanning section 13 to store it in the memory section 14. Next, the video instruction information stored with the edit processing section 15 is interpreted, and the edit processing is made to the video information stored in the memory section 14, and the edited video information is fed to the transmission section 16 or recording section 12, to transmit excellent video information to the facsimile terminal 8 at the opposing party via communication lines 6. |
