DIE FOR RESIN INJECTION MOLDING

PURPOSE:To facilitate handling of a die along with a lower cost and a less weight by arranging a resin injecting hole at the pinch section of the die to enable the use of a press surface plate or the like in the injection process. CONSTITUTION:A space between a male die 1 and a female die 2 is filled with a reinforcing fiber 6 and the dies are clamped together by means of a press surface plate 8 or a clamp. Then, a synthetic resin is injected into the die through an inlet 5 which is provided at the pinch section of the die. Press surface plates 7 and 8 help prevent deformation of the die due to injection pressure in stead of reinforcement by concrete or steel frame as used in the past. EFFECT:This can improve the molding cycle and provide an appearance leaving no mark of injection hole on products.
