<p>PURPOSE:To mold an ornamental product inexpensively and simply by enabling application of the metallic ornament on to the surface of the systhetic resin product by hot stamp or transfer and monolithic molding of a concavo-convex pattern with an ornamental layer. CONSTITUTION:An ornamental film 3 having the metallic ornamental layer 4 on the surface of a base sheet 5 through the intermediary of an exfoliation layer is opposed to the desired comparativelyflat surface of the main body 1 formed of thermoplastic synthetic resin and is pressed all over by the heated silicone rubber 6 and the like, whereby the primary formed article 2 is obtained. Next, a film 8 which has a heat-resisting property and high thermal conductivity, does not stick to the ornamental layer 4 and is very liable to be changed in shape is arranged on the primary formed article 2, and a stamping body 7 heated at the temperature at which stamping can be applied to the main body 1 is pressed with the film 8 being held between. In this way, the concavo-convex pattern can be molded on the surface formed by the ornamental layer 4 of the primary formed article.</p> |
