PURPOSE:To obtain the recording head integrated in high density by sticking a flat plate on to a flat plate wherein fine grooves as the passages for recording ink are engraved and whose material has the same quality with the former. CONSTITUTION:On one surface of the flat plate 1 formed of silicon and anchor layer 2 whose main constituent is epoxy resin is laid and baked and later a bonding agent layer 3 is laid thereon for coating. At the surface thus coated a prescribed number of long slender grooves 4 are formed by cutting by using a diamond blade cutter. Meanwhile, on the base plate 5 formed of the same material with the flat plate 1, heating resistant patterns are formed with nearly the same width with the grooves 4. After that, this flat plate 1 and the base plate 5 are joined to each other. |
