PURPOSE:To improve wear resistance, heat resistance, self-lubrication and vibration-suppressing effect as well as moldability in a bearing suitable for a micromotor, by a method wherein the bearing is molded by kneaded material of high molecular material and graphite powder. CONSTITUTION:As high molecular materials are used a simple substance of polyvinyl chloride, a copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, and for the purpose of improvement of internal loss, a mixture of the said thermoplastic resins and polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. is applied. On the other hand, as the diameter of the graphite powder, about 0.1-100mum or preferably, 5mum or less should be used. These materials are mixed in a kneader and kneaded at the softening point of a high molecular material or higher temperatures. Then, this kneaded material is molded by the use of the press molding method, the injection molding method to obtain bearings 1, 3 for a small DC motor and the like, for instance. |
