PURPOSE:To perform simultaneously the forming of coil end and the insulation of connecting part of the lead wires of an electric rotary machine with one parts by a method wherein a thermal contractile tube is equipped at the coil end part, and after the connecting part of the lead wires are holded in an auxiliary tube, it is heated to make form of the coil end part. CONSTITUTION:The thermal shrinking tubes 7, 9 are equipped at the outer circumference of the coil end 2A. The auxiliary tube 8 is provided to the tube 7 at the coil end side having the lead wires, and the connecting part 6 of the lead wires 4 and the coil end are inserted in the auxiliary tube 8. After then the both coil end parts are heated to make the tubes 7, 9 and the auxiliary tube 8 to shrink, forming and holding the coil end 2A and insulating and holding the connecting part 6 of the lead wires. By this way, the forming of the coil end and the insulation of the connecting part of lead wires are performed simultaneously with one parts to elevate the efficiency of work. |
