<p>PURPOSE:To print patterns on the surface of a deformed body such as a sandal sole and to perform painting with low price by a method wherein, taking an optional axis shaftline as its center, a body to be painted is held and pressed on a soft original plae and then is rotated. CONSTITUTION:A core clamper 37, a fixing clamper 15 and a movable clamper 14 are inserted into a concave hole A' and a concave part A'' of a sandal sole A to be worked and the sandal sole A is fixed. Printing ink is applied on a substrate 2a of sufficient rigidity and on a printing prototype 2 on which a soft elastic material 2b such as sponge is laid, by means of a print applying roll 21. Further, a holding shaft 6 is pushed downward by means of a handle 16 so that the back surface of the sandal sole A may be in contact with the operating surface of the original plate 2, thus, the print pattern is reproduced thereon, and thereafter, the sandal sole A is rotated by 90 deg. to both the right and the left sides to reproduce the print patterns on the side surfaces.</p> |
