Loom shaft drive - has grooved eccentric ring with block coupling in the groove

The coupling for the loom shaft is guided by a block in a groove of the eccentric ring to give it the radial movement. There is also a control ring with an inner recess to act with a corresponding projection in the drive shaft or drive disc. The design gives a narrow-width construction, giving a positive and wear-free coupling between the drive shaft and the eccentric ring which is also simple to assemble and dismantle.
