PURPOSE:To facilitate comparison of diagnostic data of respective channels, by making a pulse generator and a cable etc. needless and by giving a pulse train to all channels at a time to shorten the diagnosis time. CONSTITUTION:Pulse input device 11 connected to the CPU is provided with data transfer control part 14 and data processing part 12, and the output signal of input signal receiving part 13 is read by processing part 12. Accumulated data of each channel obtained by processing part 12 is read according to the command from the CPU by control part 14 and is transferred to the memory in the CPU. Further, a pulse output part as an auxiliary function is provided in control part 14 to make it possible to switch the normal data read mode and the test mode, and in the test mode, the pulse output part outputs an arbitrary test pulse designated by the program to the internal common bus by the command from the CPU. Then, control part 41 and input signal receiving part 13 are connected directly by the common bus, and the pulse train is given to respective channels at a time for diagnosis to shorten the diagnosis time. |
