PURPOSE:To facilitate an inspection and observation inside the pipe, by unifying the rear wire to pull back the TV camera and the transmission cable of the camera into one piece of wire and then winding up both the pulling wire connected to the front part of the camera and the cable with the motive power. CONSTITUTION:The pulling wire 8 is connected to the front part of the TV camera inserted into the pipe line 1, and the transmission cable 11 of the camera 4 is connected to the rear part respectively. One end of the cable 11 is connected to the TV receiver 19 via the clamp 13 and the cable 12 each, and the coating material of steel is put over the outer circumference of the cable 11 excluding a fixed distance at the back of the camera 4 and with no fixture to the cable 11. The cable 11 is pierced loose through the clamp 13, and the terminal part of the covering component is fixed to the clamp 13. Furthermore, the clamp 13 is hooked to the camera 4. Then the pulling winches 10 and 16 are provided at the inlet/outlet 3 of the manhole 2 to wind up the wire 8 and the cable 11 each. Thus the camera can be moved back and forth. Thus the inspection and observation inside the pipe line 1 are facilitated. |
