PURPOSE: An apparatus for revising living habits and a method thereof are provided to set a shorter activity pattern decision period at starting time of dynamic life activity section, thereby providing a feedback more adaptive to an activity pattern. CONSTITUTION: An activity sensor(110) senses movement of a user. A starting time detector(120) detects starting point of dynamic life activity section. An activity program generator(130) generates activity program at the detected life activity section. A user interface unit(140) displays the generated activity program information to the user.
