Preparation and weighing out of small material quantities - uses dosing containers cooled for correct magazine insertion

The method and arrangement for preparation of gravimetrically determined small and very small quantities of bulk material, pastes and/or fluids in various mixtures from special containers are applicable to which industries as plastics, rubber and pharmaceutical. The components to be weighed out are prepared in manually transportable containers also constituting dosing devices which can be connected to a weighing device as required. The dosing containers are arranged in a special purpose magazine with magazine boxes. The dosing containers and corresp. boxes are coded to prevent insertion of a container in an incorrect box. The dangers of dust and toxic material to operators are reduced whilst accuracy and uniformity of preparation are increased with efficiency and the degree of automation.
