PURPOSE: To form a high-reliability identification and/or monitor circuit for synonyms contained in a serial data stream by combining two shift registers with a logic coupling element. CONSTITUTION: A serial data stream KB is continuously written through an FF 1 to a shift register 2. Output sides Q1-Q8 of the shift register 2 are coupled to a logical AND coupling element 9, and a 1st identify or monitor signal SHL is generated on the output side of the coupling element 9. Next, the data stream read from the shift register 2 is written in a shift register 3. Besides, a target value from the coupling element 9 is loaded to the register 2 by the identify signal SHL. Then, the output sides of the registers 2 and 3 are coupled by a logic coupling element 16, and a 2nd identify or monitor signal is generated on this output side. Thus, the target monitor circuit can be formed. |
