PURPOSE:To readily form the wave winding cylindrical type element coil based upon the formula by a method wherein a diameter of a hollow cylindrical coil is made as a specific value to divide into an equal part in an even number along the circumference direction, and folded to the surface and back side alternately at the evenly divided point. CONSTITUTION:A hollow circular cylindrical type coil is divided into the equal part in an even number 2n along the circumference thereof to fold to the surface side at an specific angle of phi a against the generated line drawn to the evely divided point at the equal divided point. Next thereto, it is folded to the back side at the adjacent evenly divided point and these process is repeated. This diameter of the hollow cylindrical type coil is seeked by the formula to determin. According to this method, the wave winding cylindrical element coil is readily formed based upon the formula from the hollow cylindrical type coil. |
