The effluents drain cleaner consists of a hollow roller both revolved along the bottom by the effluents at slower speed, so as to flush out the impurities and produce secondary slow downstream to flush this area likewise. The roller ball contains a brake mass as a layered fluid with choke controls displaced by the rolling movement. The two parts of the rolling meridian of the roller are asymmetrical relative to the meridian plane so that the part flows either side are also unbalanced. The outside of the roller has alternate flexible ribs and chutes, asymmetrically arranged on one part relative to those on the other part. The ribs run in over the outside of the roller and intersect the chutes adjoining on the insides of the ribs, these being narrower than the chutes. Ribs and chutes should run in S shape between roller pole regions.
