Thermoplastic plates

A rought sheet made from the granulated material is cut into transverse strips and divided into chips of rectangular shape. These chips are uniformly stacked in a staggered manner, heated and pressed into a block which is divided into plates (according to DT 1679822). The chips are stacked to form a thin layer and they are sintered to form a sheet which is wound on a roll. This roll is compacted radially and cooled and peeled after welding. The peeled sheet can have p atterns and adhesives can be used.
