<p>PURPOSE:To automatically increase a height of the unloading port of a dump truck, by extending an auxiliary pillar, to which a rear gate is half-rotatably linked, provided in a rear pillar, when a bed of the truck is lifted up. CONSTITUTION:When a bed 2 is jacked up with a bed dump axis as a start point to perform a dump operation, a pulley 11 is raised from a car body by the distance of an arrow mark and lower wire lock parts 14 of an auxiliary pillar 4' are also slidably raised by the distance of an arrow mark to extend the auxiliary pillar 4', then a rear gate 5 half-rotatably linked to the right and left auxiliary pillars 4' by hinges 6 is lifted from a floor level of the bed to increase a height of a dump port. If the bed 2 is lowered down, the auxiliary pillars 4' are slidably lowered by the own weight of the rear gate 5 and the auxiliary pillars 4' in accordance with a lowering position of the pulley 11. When the dump port is not required to be enlarged, a lock state in a wire lock part 13 on the car body may be released.</p> |
