Vehicle frame tent attachment - uses rope wedged under tyre to secure support tubes in position

A frame tent for attachment to a vehicle folds very compactly and can be deployed quickly from a tipping roof rack. The feet of oblique frame support tubes rest against the vehicle and are fixed in position by a rope with a ring on its end, threaded through the foot of the support tube and then twisted round the tyre and wedged there. The wheels of the vehicle are pref. chocked to ensure stability.
