A combustion engine fuel consumption pressure transducer contg. three membrane chambers is arranged to exhibit an exact correspondence between induction manifold pressure and fuel consumption. The first membrane chamber (7) is subjected to pressure (Ps) continuously. The second chamber (8) has a valve plate operated by the membrane movement. The plate closes a connection to the third chamber in the rest position. The third chamber (9) has a display pressure (PA) pick-up connection (13). The first chamber (7) is sealed by the larger membrane (3) and contains a biassing spring (20). The second chamber (8) is enclosed by the two membranes (2,3) and its valve (17) is regulated by a position sensor (16). It is also subjected to a constant reference pressure. A pivoting lever (22) engaging the membrane system is moved against the forst of the spring.
