The box intended for fishing tackle, consists of a floor, two sides, front and back, and a lid which can act as a seat. The box is moulded in a single piece of rigid plastics. The back of the seat part is movable, can be folded down, and consists of two tubular uprights riged to the opposite ends of an elongated, flexible piece, such as canvas. The bottom front edge has detachable legs which are adjustable in height. There is at least one leg at the back. At least one of the two sides has a support for a parasol handle. The back has a movable box made of netting.
