PURPOSE:To increase an efficiency and a corrosion resistance of a motor by a method wherein a film with magnetic property in nickel-cobalt-phosphorus system is formed on the magnetic-core surface of a coil block and on a stator surface surrounding a permanent magnet rotor. CONSTITUTION:The step-motor is constructed in such a manner that a pair of stators 4 which is made of material of high magnetic permeability and surrounds a rotor 5 made of permanent magnetic material is piled up on both sides of the coil block 3 which a coil wire 2 is wound round the magnetic-core 1 made of material of high magnetic permeability, and bolted to make a magnetic coupling. The magnetic- core 1 and the stator 4 on the surfaces of the both or either are applied nonelectrolytic plating of the nickel-cobalt-phosphorus system to form a magnetic film. Whereby the corrosion resistances of the magnetic-core 1 and the stator 4 are improved, and the magnetic resistance on the contact surface between the both is reduced so that it becomes possible to make the efficiency of the motor higher. |
