<p>Meat mixed bowl with variable speed cutter has a mixer and feeder tool in the bowl which is adapted to the inside shape of the bowl and consists of a plate with helically twisted bar shafts designed to form a cage rotor. The rotor is driven off an infinitely variable drive so that the blades operate as feed screws as well as chopping and mixing the meat and force the meat continuously inwards and downwards away from the outer, upper rim area of the bowl. The meat does not cling to the sides and have to be scraped away; oxygen admitted to the process eliminates the need for added phospahtes, albument, plasma.</p> |
