The container dispenses specially light, inflammable liq. It consists of flexible container, walls capable of being compressed, a safety closure and a covering cap. A membrane controlled cone valve is fitted as the safety closure which is actuated by the reduction of the interior space of the container. The membrane of the cone valve has a central recess bordered by the sealing edge, with the valve cone placed through the recess and with the sealing edge adjoining it. The membrane is formed with corrugations extending concentric round the central recess.
