PURPOSE:To obtain a multipurpose container by connecting a part of an internal lead wire not to an external lead wire but to an element fixing conductive layer and forming an electrode pickup port of a self-bias generating circuit capable of connecting to the conductive layer by utilizing the internal lead wire of the part thereof. CONSTITUTION:A conductive layer 3 for fixing a semiconductor element 2 is formed on the bottom surface of the lower layer of a laminated ceramic plate 1, and an internal lead wire 4b for connecting the layer 3 is formed in addition to the internal lead wire 4a connected to the external lead wire 5 on the surface of the upper layer stage. When the electrode pickup output 7 of a self-bias generating circuit 7 of an element 6 is connected to the lead wire 4b according to this container, a voltage can be applied to the substrate, and only the lead wire 4a may be used in case of no application thereof. This configuration can obtain a container commonly used for both an element having a self-bias generating circuit and an element having no such circuit. |
