<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a fine piece forming compound on a commercial basis by kneading the end material of a base a mat for a resinoid grindstone with a phenolic resin varinish and further kneading and drying the same by adding thereto an oil absorptive builder material and a lubricant. CONSTITUTION:A phenolic resin varnish 4 is placed in a kneader 3, and while agitating the resin, the end material 2 of the base mat for a grindstone is charged in the kneader gradually in small quantities. The resin components of the end material 2 are dissolved by a resin varnish 4 and the glass fiber cloth is untwisted in a thread-like form. An oil absorptive builder material 5 such as a saw dust or the like and a lubricant 6 such as aluminum stearate or the like are added in a proper quantity in the kneader, and kneaded for additional several minutes. Then, a sludgy kneaded matter A is obtained because the solvent of the resin varnish 4 is absorbed by the saw dust 5. Therefore, the kneaded matter A is led out in a metal vat 7, and dried by a hot air drier 8 at 70-80 deg.C and left cooling. Then, the kneaded material A is hermetically closed in a polyvinyl bag 9, for example, to prevent moisture absorption, and then used as an industrial material.</p> |
