CONSTITUTION:On front face plate 5 fitted rotatably to main movable head body 1, cylinder-shaped buffer material 12 on belt 13 is held by needles 9 through chuck plate 7 and cushion 8. Nent, as main head body 1 is moved right over sticking surface 14 and lowered, front face plate 5, i.e. chuck plate 7 tilts(rotate) along sticking surface 14 and cylinder-shaped buffer material 12 positioned in the center of cushion 8 is also pressed against sticking surface 14 by cushion 8 and stuck to sticking surface 14 through with a both-sided adhesive tape.
