PURPOSE:To shorten the in-use time of a subscriber's line by recording information contents once by a subscriber who is to send information and then by automatically sending it to party subscribers in sequence. CONSTITUTION:On the off-hook operation of subscriber's telephone set 1a, control part 2 stores memory circuit 4 with numbers of party subscribers to which information is sent from telephone set 1a and then connects telephone set 1a to recorder 6. Then, the subscriber records information contents. Further, when the on-hook state is detected, control part 2 releases connection switch 3 between telephone set 1a and recorder 6 and, when a stored number indicates its office, acquires telephone set 1b, for example, and connects it to recorder 6 to send recording contents, thereby performing similar information successively. When the subscriber's number indicates another switchboard 13, recorder 6 is connected to switchboard 13 and the party subscriber via repeating trunk 10 so as to send information on recording contents. |
