The contact printing frame has a hollow frame with two outer faces with a perforated pattern. The frame is linked to a vacuum pump so that the substrate can be held on the surface. The master overlaps the substrate and is held by the overlap edges to provide a flat alignment. The frame swivels on a central pivot so that a faster throughput rate can be achieved. The substrate and master are aligned on alignment pegs in the frame. The frame provides accurately aligned copies with a min. of trapped air pockets.
