PURPOSE:To make it possible to install a spinning frame having fractional spindles indivisible by the total number of spindles of a doffer, by doffing bobbins in the fractional spindles while overlapping the operation partly with the idling. CONSTITUTION:An autodoffer is moved intermittently along the spindle row of a spinning frame, and stopped to doff bobbins by a given number. In case the total number of spindles per row of the frame is indivisible by that of spindles of the autodoffer, the bobbins at the fractional spindles are doffed while overlapping partly the first and the second doffing steps with the idling automatically. According to the method, even a spinning frame having the total number of spindles indivisible by that of the autodoffer can be installed, and the floor space of a factory can be effectively utilized. |
