A ball for game is made of an inner rubber tube(14), a ball-shaped insert layer(12) and an outer cover(17). A cloth is cut in the shape of a trapezoid(1), and a pair of trapezoidal sheets(1) is adhered to overlap both long side(1A) of a sheet to make a piece of ball. 6 or more cloth pieces is adhered to overlap each other to make a ball shape substrate(12), where the center of a piece is cut in cross(13). A valve-attached tube is put in the ball(12) through the cross(13) and is inflated. The ball is made completely of leather or rubber cloth(17) by surrounding the outer cover of the substrate(12).
